About License Logic
License Logic is a SaaS management platform that helps organizations track, manage, and optimize software usage across Mac and Windows devices. The Mac Agent automatically collects application usage data and browser activity, giving IT leaders visibility into utilization and enabling data-driven decisions on license allocation and software investments.
Addigy Integration Overview
The License Logic Mac Agent can be deployed across your Mac fleet using Addigy Smart Software. Once installed, the agent runs silently in the background, automatically syncing usage data with License Logic. Deployment requires no end-user interaction, and IT teams can manage the entire process centrally through Addigy.
Highlights: Smart Software deployment, automated permission handling through PPPC profiles, and Launch Agents that ensure the agent runs continuously after login.
Key Features & Benefits
The Mac Agent installs silently with minimal system impact, encrypts data locally before upload, and performs automated daily syncs for real-time visibility. It supports Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browser activity along with application usage tracking. IT teams gain simplified fleetwide deployment, centralized management, compliance-ready audit trails, and cost optimization by identifying unused licenses. Privacy is preserved—no file contents, credentials, or personal messaging data are collected.
